Our Team

Jason Wright
Partner | Founder


Jason has been in the residential / commercial technology industry for two decades. Over the course of his career, he has provided technology guidance and design for many private residences, estates and museums, as well as wineries, boutique hotels and commercial office spaces.

Jason excels at researching, curating and recommending a wide range of technology systems and products, and in guiding owners and construction professionals through the complex technology selection process. Jason prefers a collaborative approach over a prescriptive one and enjoys working together with owners and teams to develop creative solutions.

Jason lives in Marin, CA with his wife, two teenage sons and springer spaniel. He spends his free time hiking / biking the many trails near his house or testing out various new technology products on his unsuspecting family.




Leila Rizk
Partner | Design Director


Leila combines a formal interior design background with years of technology consulting practice. After studying interior architecture design in the Middle East, she moved to the U.S. in 2016. She worked as a lead interior designer for luxury single-family projects in and around Boston, MA. In 2019, she transitioned to Telecommunications, Audio / Video and Controls, specializing in Lighting Control and Motorized Shading Systems Design. She quickly rose to Senior Designer, then Project Manager.

Leila’s design and managerial acumen delivered exceptional results for luxury estate and boutique hospitality projects in New England, Florida, California, and Hawaii. She has collaborated with premier industry partners including Olson Kundig, Shope Reno Wharton, Catalano, Walker Warner, Aidlin Darling Design, and Nicole Hollis—designing systems and managing architectural integration for discerning clients and their world-class projects.
