These misaligned incentives costs owners money and clarity. We design and document technology independently, with no product to promote or margin to protect.

We design the complete technology system, including network, security, audio/video and controls.

We develop the design from initial concept through 100% CD.

We coordinate with the design team to confirm all tech requirements, including space, conduit, power and heat.

We work in AutoCAD and Revit, the same tools used by design and engineering teams, so our documentation coordinates natively with the architectural and MEP models.

We layer in engineering-specific software throughout the process, such as predictive performance modeling for wifi. Helping ensure that the systems we specify will meet or exceed the owner's requirements and expectations.

We typically join the team around the same time as the MEP engineer or lighting designer, ideally in late SD or early DD.

Early involvement is where independent design carries the most value — coordinated with all stakeholders from the start, and never overlooked until the final construction is underway.
